It is a well-known fact that the Earth’s Magnetic Field is indespensible for life. Earth is surrounded by the magnetic field and our bodies absorb that magnetism. The magnetic field influences lives of every living being. It is the most powerful force that surrounds us in nature. The natural electrical currents support the rhythm of every living cell on Earth. Without that force humans could not survive.
That is why the Earth’s Magnetic Field is very important for our health. Nevertheless, it has been proven that the Earth’s Magnetic Field has lost its intensity and it’s still loosing it. Research has shown that in last 4000 years the Earth’s Magnetic Field has weakened 80% and in last 100 years 50%. In last 156 years, during the period when the Earth’s magnetic field has been measured, it has weakened 8%.
Magnetism in our body can be derived from two sources:
-magnetism produced by the magnetism of bioelectricity
-magnetism absorbed from the Earth’s Magnetic Field
Magnetism produced inside the body is not sufficient for life support. As a result of that people depend on the external sources of magnetism. This was proven during the first space flight when the astronauts were detached from the Earth’s Magnetic Field. It was necessary to provide them with the source of magnetic force inside the shuttles because of every human has a necessity for the external source of magnetism.
Our own magnetic field has weakened due to numerous reasons:
- weakening of the Earth’s Magnetic Field
- conductor wires
- everyday contact with electrical appliances around us
- steel constructions that attract the magnetic field
- beds with wire springs which we sleep on
